  • Do you offer a free trial?

    Yes we do! We don’t put a free trial button on our site because we’ve found that once clients sign up for the free trial, they have no idea what to do.   • Is the pricing by month?

    Pricing is by location, by month. You may also choose to pay by year. You get 2 months free if you choose to pay a year in advance.

  • How many appointments do you get with the price plans?

    All small-team plans include 500 appointments per month. Additional appointments are $20 per set of 500. Medium-team plans start at 1,000 appointments per month.

  • Do you include support?

    Initial onboarding and training are free. Basic support is also free. Here are the support options:

    • Basic – standard ticket-based support (free)
    • Extended – add in business-hours phone support ($10/month)
    • Premium – add in 24-hour phone support ($20/month)

  • Can I cancel at any time?

    For monthly payers, yes, you may cancel at any time. For annual payers, you may cancel at the end of your subscription.
