Account Representative and Set-up Coach
Appointment-Plus is looking for strong set-up coaches to join our growing team. We expect them to use their love of technology and knowledge of the sales process to be proactive, self-motivated and creative in assisting our clients in setting up their new accounts.

Software as a Service Sales and Set up Coach
Overview
This person will be responsible for setting up our web based software and services by telephone. This individual interacts with prospective clients during their trial of the software. The set up coach will consult with the client and create their account based on their requirements and the current features of the system.
Duties, Responsibilities and Skills
- Target at least 4 hours per day on the phone with Clients and Prospects
- Prospect, develop opportunities, demonstrate and set up the product, close sales and prepare appropriate documentation
- Keep daily record of calls and information requests sent
- Assist sales management in conveying customer needs to product managers, and technical staff.
- Take the initiative to understand the market as well as thoroughly learn our products and services
- Must be self-directed and self-motivated
- Excellent human relations skills, including written and verbal communications and group presentation skills are required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year experience in sales, software sales, customer service and/or technical customer support
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to deal effectively with clients via the telephone
- Strong software skills (Experience with Software as a Service is preferred but not necessary)
- High level of computer literacy
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Must enjoy multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment
- Experience presenting via WebEx or similar platforms a plus
- Should be able to self-manage while still contributing to a team dynamic
Compensation
$10/hour plus commission
