Appointment-Plus provides a special reseller program for call centers and answering services to address your special call center scheduling software needs.
The reseller control panel we provide you allows you to sign up, view and access all of your accounts, making it simple to keep track of your clients. Additionally, the control panel provides you with a link to each client account that you can place into your scriping system. It allows your reps to access each client's account without having to log in.
That saves times and makes it easy to quickly set appointments for callers.
Signing Up Clients
As an Appointment-Plus Call Center Software Reseller, you would sign your clients up via the control panel we provide you.
Support
Your clients would first contact you with questions. If you could not answer any questions, you would then contact us directly.
Pricing
You would determine how you wanted to price the appointment scheduling software and how you wanted to integrate it into your client offerings. You would bill your clients for the system and we would send you one bill each month.
Discount
You would receive a flat discount amount off of our standard monthly fee for each client location. As noted above, you could then determine your own pricing for your clients. Each month, we would send you a detailed listing of each of your clients and the subtotal and total amount due.
Cost to Start
There is no cost to you to be an Appointment-Plus Call Center Reseller.
How to Get Started
Contact us at partnerships@appointment-plus.com or (480) 483-1199. We will then e-mail you the reseller agreement. You would then fax it back to us at (480) 315-1735. Once we receive your signed agreement, you may begin reselling Appointment-Plus immediately. We will send you the link and login information to your control panel within 48 hours of receiving your faxed agreement.
